We are located in a sweet spot of the state of Michigan. And by that what I mean is that there are 25 of the 100 Fortune 500 companies that are located right here adjacent to campus in the Southfield community. Another thing that we have going for us is we're only about 11 miles from downtown Detroit. And of course, we are the automotive capital of the world. So the opportunities for our students are endless in this area with all of the corporations and the companies, big and small. We talk a lot about flexibility because there's a small school, that's something that we can do that a lot of schools can't. Sometimes it means students take a picking of a couple of online courses. But that small setting, flexibility allows us to really provide that individualized approach to each student's needs.

Career Services at Lawrence Tech University help our students with their resume writing, with their interview skills, and also we have a Career Day on our campus and also the faculty encourage the students to do the experiential learning whether it's through our internships or co-ops, and they always relay the message to the students when they get opportunities directly emailed to them.
